Terms and Conditions
A-Z TRUCK PARTS REGULATORY COMPLIANCE • REVISED: 29th JUNE 2026
1. B2B Commercial Scope & Consumer Law Exclusion
These Terms govern interactions between A-Z Truck Parts and commercial freight operators, heavy transport firms, workshops, or vehicle maintenance professionals. By accessing this platform or submitting part quote inquiries to our Hanley logistics counter, you acknowledge that transactions are structured strictly as **Business-to-Business (B2B)** trade agreements under the **Sale of Goods Act 1979** and the **Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982**. **All rights, conditions, and protections intended for retail consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are explicitly excluded.**
2. Credit Account Facility, Terms & Payment Obligations
Approved trade account structures are maintained strictly subject to a **net 30 days from statement date** payment clearing timeline[cite: 1]. Failure to settle outstanding balances within defined boundaries will result in immediate suspension of parts delivery logistics, credit facility terminal lockouts, and interest penalties applied under the **Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998**.
3. Cross-Reference Limitations & Mechanical Liability
All manufacturer part numbers, dimensions, diagrams, and Original Equipment (OE) cross-references indexed on this platform are compiled as a baseline informational guide. **The final engineering verification of product compatibility remains the absolute legal liability of the purchasing workshop mechanic or commercial fleet engineer.** All parts must be physically cross-checked and verified against active vehicle chassis specifications prior to mechanical mounting or road deployment.
4. Complete Disclaimer of Commercial Downtime Claims
To the maximum extent permitted under English Law, A-Z Truck Parts rejects all liability for secondary or indirect financial losses[cite: 1]. **We provide zero indemnity for heavy commercial vehicle downtime losses, fleet route disruption damages, roadside recovery surcharges, workshop labor installation costs, or lost distribution revenue** resulting from components delayed in freight transit or fitment configuration errors[cite: 1]. Our absolute liability limit under all conditions is strictly capped at the invoice price of the specific component item.
5. Standardized 30-Day Commercial Return Criteria
Trade returns must be filed within **30 consecutive calendar days** from the physical counter collection timestamp or logistics tracking arrival date. Returned commercial items are subject to a strict technical counter inspection. Components must be delivered back to our Hanley warehouse completely ungreased, unmounted, show no tool score markings, fluid contamination, or bolt indentation damage, and must remain enclosed within their clean original manufacturer trade packaging. Special order imports outside of our core stock sheets are subject to a minimum 15% handling restocking surcharge.
